As the Cloud 9 employees prepare to send Amy and Jonah off, Mateo and Glenn attempt to organize a video tribute, and Dina searches for a new best friend.
Amy is now leaving Cloud 9 for a corporate job at Zephra, and informs the store workers that Glenn will be taking her place as store manager. After this Amy invites Dina into her office where she says that she is missing a ring, and thinks that Jonah is planning on proposing. Dina comforts a frantic and nervous Amy, and tells her that Jonah would end up in California anyway. Glenn asks Mateo for help on a farewell video for Amy as he does not know how to make and edit a video. Dina begins to search for a new best friend, and interviews women in the store. Jonah walks into Amy's office, and is surprised by Zephra's life insurance. and jokes that if she dies he will be set for life. Amy snaps back, and Jonah gives Amy space to pack. Later, Jonah confronts Amy. She confesses that she is scared of marrying again because of her failed marriage with Adam. Jonah gives her the ring he took back and leaves the office shocked. Amy tries to make up to him with a pair of water shoes, but he asks her if she really wants to marry him. After yelling and Amy stuttering, she says no. He walks away and Amy begs him to go with her, as she does not want to lose him and is scared that she made a mistake. He leaves and tells her she knows where to find him. Later in her office Glenn walks in on her crying. He presents her with Myrtle's ashes, and asks her to bring them with her as Myrtle always wanted to go to California. He also gives her the forms from when she was first hired 17 years prior. after the store closes Mateo presents his farewell video for Amy, who tries to keep a smile on her face. In the parking lot Cheyenne surprises Amy with fireworks, and Dina tells her that she is not replaceable. As the episode ends, Amy and Jonah toast each other.
