Cloud 9 Store #1217 (also known as Cloud 9 Ozark Highlands) is a Cloud 9 store located at 15157 Ozark Highlands Road, St Louis, Missouri, 63128. The store employs approximately 60 people and has a license to sell liquor as well as guns. In May 2017, the store was hit hard by a powerful tornado causing severe damage and underwent renovation. Its first appearance is in Season One episode "Pilot". It was later converted into a fullfilment center.

Pharmacy hours.
The store is open every day from 9:00am to 11:00pm. The Pharmacy has different hours than the store and is operated by Dr Tate Staskiewicz.
Door lock controls.
The morning shift is from 9am to 2pm. ("Shots and Salsa") There have been occasions where the store has opened earlier such as 7am for the 2016 Federal Election ("Election Day") and 8am for a bridal sale. ("Wedding Day Sale")
Most of the store's staff went on strike for two days in protest of store manager Glenn Sturgis' firing. St Louis District Manager Jeff Sutton was sent to resolve the dispute with Amy and Jonah. Jeff offered Glenn his job back but only if all striking staff signed an apology letter. This refused, the strike continued but when corporate transferred staff from the Kirkwood branch and Jeff made his offer to the picket line, staff slowly returned to work. Amy and Jonah were the last two employees to return.
On May 4, 2017, the store was struck by a powerful tornado causing severe damage. The roof was ripped off and almost the entire store was destroyed. Sales associate Brett went missing after pushing carts in the parking lot during the storm. ("Tornado") He did survive and returned to work. ("Brett Is Dead")

Grand Re-Opening (September 28, 2017)
The store was re-built and opened with a modest ceremony that was attended by Howie Mandel. Due to an unclear email that Jeff sent Glenn, the staff were pressed to get the store ready for customers in less than one day. As a result, the merchandise wasn't properly presented but was available. Jonah and Amy dressed as Minions and there were door prizes for the customers. ("Grand Re-Opening") In order to provide safety for customers and staff in the event of future severe weather conditions, a Storm Shelter was built in the renovated store. ("Brett Is Dead")
Corporate also controls the door locks and lights in the store ("All-Nighter") though Glenn and Dina are seen trying to unlock the front doors. ("Election Day")
The Photo Lab is the unofficial place employees have sex in the store and is also known as the "Bang Room".
Since 6 people were laid off when Glenn was told to lay-off 10% of the workforce ("Spring Cleaning")/("Tornado"), it's estimated that the store employees at least 60 people, not including management ("Tornado").
Jonah is the only member of the main cast that has not had a role in Management, whether officially or unofficially, although he tried competing for the Floor Supervisor role against Cheyenne and lost. ("Floor Supervisor")
