Colleen Wisniewski is a former employee at Cloud 9 Bel-Ridge Store and Ozark Highlands Store, who is now working as the Assistant Manager at Cloud 9 Crestwood Store. She remains an unseen character, often brought up by Dina who sees Colleen as her arch nemesis, until she makes an appearance on the episode Forced Hire. She is portrayed by Heidi Gardner.

Prior to the series, Dina has always felt hatred and jealousy towards Colleen due to her competitive personality.
Garrett McNeill[]
Colleen started flirting with Garrett when she was transferred to the Ozark Highlands Cloud 9 Store in Forced Hire, and Garrett went along with it, although he was supposed to get her fired or break her heart to earn Dina's trust back (after he left all her birds escape in Lovebirds). They went on a few dates but mostly kept in touch via text until Colleen ghosted him and moved on.
