Maya Fonseca was a District Manager for the St. Louis region of Cloud 9, replacing Laurie's position as District Manager after her cocaine addiction was made public and was let go from the company. Unlike other corporate employees, she shows a lot of care and respect towards the floor workers. Despite this, she still shares corporate's anti-union beliefs and tries to squash any union activity that might be going on. She sees great potential in Amy as a manager, even being responsible for her eventual promotion to Cloud 9 corporate. She is portrayed by actress Justina Machado.

At some point in 2021, she is replaced as District Manager with Jeff Sutton, due to his past experience being a DM for the St. Louis region of Cloud 9. ("Customer Satisfaction")
