Oh, I got you, bitch!
In the Break Room, Amy shows the staff scanners that customers can use to pay for items. Myrtle and Glenn wonder if machines are taking their jobs which Dina reassures them isn't the case. Amy then announces staff work hours will be cut and to check the schedule. Trying out the new scanners, Cheyenne, Garrett and Jonah are amazed at their range and accuracy in identifying products. Janet complains to Amy and Dina about the hours cut-back as it'll deny her son, Jackson, entry into an academic program. Uncomfortable dealing with the issue, Dina tells Amy she can blame her for the work schedule and then tells a customer about an on-line store. Cheyenne and Mateo have a duel with the scanners which Cheyenne wins and Glenn wants to join in on.
That was just an accident.
Sandra tells Amy about her financials woes hoping to get more hours. Amy refers her to Dina who won't make any changes to the work schedule. Sandra thanks Amy for trying. In the Warehouse, the staff divide into two teams, "Team Soup" led by Jonah and "Team Yogurt" led by Garrett. Putting a UPC sticker for their team's product on their vest, they plan a duel in the store to see which team can scan the other team "out." Cheyenne notices the teams are divided by race which Sandra says is fine, causing Carol to yell at her. Myrtle makes a racist remark and the teams file out. In the Break Room, Amy refers Janet and Marcus to Dina when they complain to her about their hours. Dina stands firm and Marcus thanks Amy for trying. A goat runs through Coffee & Bakery. Oh, that was fun.

After waiting for hours in a cart covered with products, Glenn surprises Sandra and knocks her out of the game. Dina meets Jackson at Coffee & Bakery and flippantly tells him that he won't be getting into the academic program. Seeing his sadness, she tries to backtrack. Walking in the tunnels, Mateo hears a noise and finds that Marcus is living there. While helping a customer, Earl is knocked out of the game by Sayid. Marcus begs Mateo to not tell anyone and guilts him into staying for noodles. Feeling guilt and experiencing back pain, Dina goes to Amy's office and asks if there's any way they can give staff more hours. Saying no, Amy points out that if she changes the work schedule, staff will think Dina's been demoted.
Ride together, die together.
With a customer, Cheyenne skirts around Elias and Ashley to avoid being shot by a scanner. In the store, Amy tells Jonah she's feeling guilty for Dina taking the blame for the work schedule. Seeing Garrett trying to shoot him with a scanner, Jonah hugs Amy and picks her up, covering his UPC sticker. Dina lies on the floor of the Break Room, nursing her sore back. Preeti begs her for more hours, saying she's going to lose her house, she's pregnant and finally showing a picture of her sick dog which gets to Dina. In the tunnels, an embarrassed Marcus doesn't believe Mateo can relate to his situation so Mateo confesses he's undocumented. Marcus promises to keep Mateo's secret, as long as his doesn't get out. Over the P.A., Garrett unsuccessfully tries to lure Jonah to a department so he can shoot him while Heather and Riley listen.
I'm down for the count.
As Dina listens to Myrtle relate that without more hours, she won't be able to buy her medication and will die, Dina breaks down and says she'll find Myrtle some. Dina promises Janet, Sandra and Preeti more hours, to Amy's dismay. Laying on the floor in Amy's office, Dina challenges Amy to take back the staff's hours. Aghast, Amy refuses to and is convinced by Dina to relax and lay on the floor with her. As Glenn and Jonah are helping a customer, they hear Cheyenne scream. Running over, she cries she's been bitten on the ankle. Garrett rolls out from behind a display and shoots them both. However, Jonah reveals his UPC sticker is for yogurt, which eliminates a person from Garrett's team. The four argue about which team won.
You're allowing me to move in with you.
