Tom is a visitor at Cloud 9 Store 1217. He applies for the job as the store's first Santa. He is portrayed by actor Donovan Scott.

Tom walks out.
In Glenn's Office, Tom is interviewed by Glenn for a job as the store's first Santa Claus. Tom naturally looks like Santa, has previous work experience and was trained by the man who played Santa at the Chicago Macy's. Even his laugh is perfect. He asks if he has the job but Glenn is taking the interview process very seriously and puts a number of potential Santas through various ordeals including Glenn sitting on their laps for long periods and running back and forth with a heavy bag. In the end, Glenn offers the job to Tom but when he finds out the job doesn't pay anything, Tom and all the Santas leave except for Cody who gets the job. ("Seasonal Help")
